MAASAI MINISTRY
In 1987 a Maasai high school student named Moses Ole Sayo got saved and born again.
Little did he know what God had in store for him. Later in 1995 Mike and Marigold Cheshier, who had been ministering in East Africa for many years, were led by God to Moses Sayo in the town of Narok where both a new partnership and a new Maasai Ministry was birthed.

Mercy In Action joined hands with them in 2002 and have since given thousands of N.T. Bibles to Maasai primary school students, built 48 churches, provided transportation and education expenses for many Maasai pastors and joined with numerous short term missions teams in preaching Jesus to countless Maasai villages and town centers. The result has been thousands of lives, once considered unreachable, have been changed by God’s Holy Spirit and have been born into Jesus Christ’s eternal kingdom.
We love the Maasai and the bush ministry and thank God for allowing us to be a part of what He is doing in this part of the world with these wonderful people.
